Elementary Kids Project Time

Start: 11/13/2007 - 3:00pm

End: 11/13/2007 - 4:00pm

Learn how to make different projects each month including finger puppets, hats, scarves, toys, bags and much more. Grades 1-5, drop in every Tuesday.
3-4 PM. $10 per session.
Materials available for purchase.

All project groups are subject to a consistent 5 participant rule: We need at least 5 participants each week to keep these programs going.

Sweater Math Class

Would you like to be able to make adjustments to a pattern yourself? How about understanding how gauge affects garment fit? We will learn four simple math formulas that are used to create sweater patterns and do some practicing to modify sweater patterns. Bring paper, pencil, calculator. Taught by Ellen.

Tips for the green knitter: Reduce, reuse, and recycle. "Re-purpose" those cute candy and gum tins as handy holders for your stitch markers and darning needles.
